The following terms and conditions describe your rights and responsibilities when using the VechFlow platform, operated by VechFlow LLC.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By using VechFlow, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Vendor Responsibility
   All vendors on VechFlow are independent contractors. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of VechFlow. Our platform simply connects customers with service providers.

3. Liability
   VechFlow is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or performance of services provided by vendors. Any disputes must be handled between the customer and the vendor.

4. Payments and Refunds
   All payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds are subject to the vendor’s cancellation policy. VechFlow does not issue refunds directly and is not responsible for resolving payment issues. Both vendors and clients have a 15-minute grace period for cancellations.

5. Platform Use
   Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Misuse of the platform, including fraudulent activity or harassment, will result in suspension.

6. Disclaimer
   VechFlow provides the platform “as is” without any warranties. We are not responsible for any vendor actions or service issues.

7. Indemnification
   You agree to hold VechFlow harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

Termination and Access Restrictions

VechFlow reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the site or its services at any time without notice. These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of Virginia courts in any disputes.

Use of the platform is unauthorized in jurisdictions that do not recognize these terms. This agreement does not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and VechFlow.

VechFlow will comply with all applicable laws and legal processes, including requests from law enforcement.

If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will be replaced with a valid provision that reflects the original intent. All remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Unless otherwise stated, this agreement is the full agreement between you and VechFlow regarding the use of the site and replaces any prior communications.

A printed version of this agreement and any related notices is admissible in court just like any other business document.

Changes to Terms

VechFlow may update these terms at any time. The most recent version will replace all previous versions. Please review the terms regularly to stay informed.
