VechFlow is free to start. Once you're ready, you can upgrade to Pro to unlock payments,
reminders, full calendar tools, and automatic booking features.
Do I need a website to use VechFlow?

Nope! Your VechFlow profile becomes your booking website. You can share it on Instagram,
Facebook, text messages, Google Business, and anywhere else.
How do payments work?

Payments are handled securely through Stripe. Customers pay using your VechFlow booking link,
and payouts go directly to your bank account.
Can VechFlow sync with my calendar?

Yes! VechFlow supports Outlook and (soon) Google Calendar syncing, so your schedule is always updated.
Do you help set up my booking page?

Absolutely. If you're busy, our team can build your entire page — services, pricing, hours, photos,
and business details — at no cost during your setup period.
Can customers pay deposits?

Yes. Vendors can require deposits to reduce no-shows, and full payment can be completed after the service.
